Honda VTX tech info

Honda VTX description
2007 Honda VTX 1800R. Second Owner. Low miles.
The reserve price is well below the buy it now price and both are well below NADA retail... http://www.nadaguides.com/Motorcycles/2007/Honda/VTX18R27-TYPE-R-1795cc/Values
Wheels are in need of a TLC polish, I purchased "as is" and never got around to doing it myself (see pictures).
Small chip in paint on top front fender (see pictures).
Wear spots on rear shock covers where saddle bags used to be (see pictures). I did not like the saddle bags so I removed and sold them when I first purchased bike.
Right side mirror is cracked at mount (see pictures). The mirror stays in place just fine and is not loose, again an "as is" item I never fixed.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions. Thanks for looking.

How do 1000s compare to the 800s
Wed, 09 Nov 2011Now MotoGP has completed its transformation from 800 to 1000cc, how do the lap times between the different bikes compare using Valencia and the post-season test as a benchmark.. Yesterday, Dani Pedrosa was the quickest 1000 on his Honda RC213V setting a time of 1:32.186. To find the quickest time from the outgoing 800 era you have to look at his current Repsol Honda team-mate, Casey Stoner, but it wasn't set on a Honda.
