Posting this for my wife's uncle, he recently went into a nursing home. 2005 Honda VTX1300R, the "R" stands for retro. Classic cruiser look with big fenders and foot boards. Bike is in nice shape, showing no signs of ever being dropped or laid down. Front tire is worn out and will need replacement. Rear tire is good for at least another season. I don't know the maintenance history of the bike, but it does run well. Handling is a little sketchy because of the worn front tire. I hear a noise from the front brakes kind of like the rotor has a little runout. Wheels show some oxidation and could use a good cleaning. Other than that she runs good. 47K miles. VFR800F Coming to US as 2014 Honda Interceptor

EICMA 2013: Honda NC700 Family Gets Upgraded to 750 – But Not in US
Tue, 05 Nov 2013Honda announced at the 2013 EICMA show the NC700 series would get a number of upgrades including an extra 75cc in displacement. Unfortunately, it does not look like those upgrades will make it to the U.S. As Honda made its EICMA presentation American Honda announced a number of updates to returning 2014 models including the NC700X.
Isle of Man TT 2012: Supersport TT 2 Results
Thu, 07 Jun 2012Michael Dunlop added another chapter to the Dunlop family history in the Isle of Man TT, winning the second Monster Energy Supersport race of the 2012 event. Dunlop led at the end of all four laps for his third career TT win. His uncle, Joey Dunlop, is the all-time leader in TT wins at 26 while his father Robert Dunlop has five.
