2003 VTX1800, sharp bike, starts and runs fine. Just under 5000 miles. Has a corbin seat with removable back. This big boy fell on her side (RH) and scratched the footpeg, dented the tank, and put a few rash/dents/ marks on the muffler. There front brake lever had some rash and the mirror, but I blended it out and it isn't very noticeable. It has a rebuilt title, but is great for if you want a to do a custom paint job on it anyway or just do with as you will with the dent. The rest of the tank is fine. Shaft drive. Call for more details. 405-833-7189. The bars have a very slight bend on the RH side, not sure I would address it but, that is up to you. The New Fastest Electric Motorcycle Lap, With John McGuinness + Video

Earlier this week, John McGuinness won the single-lap TT Zero electric motorcycle race at the Isle of Man TT aboard his Mugen Shinden San. In the process, the 21-time TT winner smashed the old lap record of 109.675 mph, setting an average speed of 117.366 mph from a standing start. To put that in perspective, McGuinness’ teammate, Bruce Anstey, aboard a sister Mugen, set the outright lap record earlier this week aboard his Honda CBR1000RR superbike of over 132 mph.

Hero Moto Unveils Leap Hybrid Scooter Concept, Claims 235 MPG

Indian manufacturer and former Honda partner Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a new hybrid scooter prototype at the 2012 Auto Expo in New Delhi. The Hero Leap runs on a series hybrid powertrain with the battery-powered electric motor providing most of the power and the gasoline engine acting as a range extender, charging the battery and supplying power when the battery runs low. Hero claims fuel economy of up to 100 km/l, which translates to an eye-popping 235 mpg.
