Honda Shadow description
I'm selling my 88 Shadow VT1100C. This bike runs very well. Never been dropped and I commute back and forth to work on it just about everyday which is 62 mis round trip. The bike is mechanically sound and reliable. Could use a better paint job. The only reason I am selling this is because I want a bigger cruiser. Everything on the bike works great. It has all turn signals, drag bars with 6" risers and a full Vance & Hines slash cut exhaust system with removable baffles. The bike is very loud with the baffles removed and sounds good. I still have the baffles for them that will go with the bike. All fluids and oil filter along with the spark plugs have been changed about 2 weeks ago. I've put new handle grips on as well. New inspection sticker with a clear title. The tires are in terrific shape with plenty of tread on them still. I am asking $3,000 obo. I will throw in a large size open face helmet as well. Wed, 01 Feb 2012Casey Stoner made his return to the track after missing the first day of the MotoGP pre-season test at Sepang and showed everyone why he deserved the #1 plate. After skipping the first day of the test due to back pain, Stoner was back on the Repsol Honda RC213V and set the top lap time of all riders. Stoner rode 29 laps and set the pace with a lap time of 2:00.895, 0.157 seconds faster than Ben Spies and 0.173 seconds ahead of Jorge Lorenzo.
