Honda Shadow description

Bought bike standard for $1500 (book) and customized. New Harley Pipes, new paint, tires, single wide seat, fenders. Rims are painted. New leather bags. Selling due to illness (spouse). Bike needs some fine tuning on the carbs. This is the second owner of the bike. This was my dream bike so I want someone to get it out and get some good out of it! Day 5 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins Stage, Moves Into Overall Lead

Red Bull KTM factory rider and three-time Dakar winner Marc Coma won stage five today followed by his teammate Jordi Viladoms and KTM supported rider Kuba Przygonski allowing KTM to scoop the top three places. Today´s stage five from Chilecito to Tucuman was characterized by hot temperatures, lots of sand and navigation in dry vegetation. Organizers decided to cancel the second part of the special for safety reasons and also because heavy thunderstorms threatened the area.

Official 2014 MotoGP Entry List Released

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released the official entry list for the 2014 MotoGP Championship including 23 riders representing 13 teams. The final entry list also lists each rider’s status as either a Open or Factory class rider. The eight Factory riders are allowed to use their teams’ own proprietary ECU software but are otherwise limited by a freeze on engine development, a limit of five engines for the whole season and just 5.3 gallons of fuel per race.

Marc Marquez Crash Data Analysis From Silverstone

During warm-up for last weekend’s Silverstone MotoGP race, Repsol Honda rider Marc Marquez crashed between turns seven and eight, losing the front while on the brakes. The fall caused the MotoGP rookie’s shoulder to pop out of its socket, and Alpinestars has released the data from Marquez’ Tech-Air-equipped suit for us to further examine. Looking at the graph below, you’ll see the impact was focused on Marquez’ left shoulder.
