This is my 2010 Honda Shadow RS, also known as a VT750RS. It has been a fun, reliable bike for me. Wish I had more time to ride it. I bought it new in late 2010. It has about 2800 miles. It is in great condition. It has always been garaged, never been dropped. The Shadow RS has a comfortable upright riding position. It is more upright than other Honda Shadow models like the Spirit or Phantom. The bike is almost complete stock except that I added a rear rack, passenger backrest and a quick disconnect battery charge connection. I'm selling it because I wanted to try a sport bike, and I bought another Honda since I had such good luck with the Shadow. My new bike is a CBR500R. WSBK: 2011 Utah Results
Tue, 31 May 2011Carlos Checa extended his lead in the 2011 World Superbike Championship, winning both races at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park. The Althea Ducati racer recorded his second double of the season and now has six wins in ten races. Checa also scored the double in Utah in 2008 when Miller Motorsports Park made its debut on the WSBK calendar.
WSBK 2013: Assen Race Report
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Tom Sykes earned his first win of the 2013 season and came a hair short of a double victory at the World Superbike Championship round at Assen in the Netherlands. Traditionally a fast starter and qualifier, Sykes started on the pole once again at Assen and had strong starts in both races. But unlike the first two rounds where he started strong before fading, the Kawasaki factory rider was able to remain at the front in both races at Assen and earn some valuable championship points.
Marco Simoncelli tribute CBR1000RR
Mon, 16 Jul 2012At Mugello Honda graciously gifted Simoncelli's father Paolo with Marco's RC212V race bike from last season, along with this tribute-livery Honda CBR1000RR in his honour and memory.Unveiled in a special and emotional ceremony the Fireblade was designed by Aldo Drudi and was inspired by the memorable Super-Sic colours. The bike will be auctioned off on eBay to raise money for the Marco Simoncelli Foundation. Mugello marked the first Italian round since Simoncelli was tragically killed at Sepang last year.
