Wed, 10 Feb 2010LEGENDARY JAPANESE tuning house Yoshimura has designed a series of slip-on performance end cans for Honda’s naked CB1000R.The brand new EEC-approved cans bolt straight onto the bike's exiting pipework and feature a stainless steel end cone and integral lower Yoshimura logoed cat-converter heat shield. Even with the dB-Killer baffle in place peak power is improved, as is mid-range torque with further performance gains available if the baffle is removed.A full race mid-pipe, extracting yet more power is on the way and will be available later in the year. Tue, 08 Nov 2011Lost in all the hoopla surrounding the new models being released at EICMA this week, Honda has announced details about a few more models in its 2012 lineup: the CB1000R, CBR250R, Silver Wing scooter and the Ruckus, along with the cutting-edge VFR1200F that receives an infusion of impressive new technology for 2012 (which we’ll highlight in a separate blog entry). All of which are returning models from 2011. Pricing is yet to be determined.

The 2022 Honda CBR1000RR-R and CBR1000RR-R SP receive engine updates with the goal of improving mid-corner acceleration and drive. The airbox was updated for smoother airflow into new slash-cut intake funnels.
