Honda Shadow description

THIS VT 750 IS COMPARABLE TO A 1000CC POWER PLANT.

A reliable middleweight cruiser, Honda Shadow Aero VT750 an excellent choice.

The motorcycle delivers quite a lot of power from its liquid-cooled, 750cc V-twin motor, which is smooth and responsive.

The bike’s classic cruiser 2 tone Purple to Blue/Black look is sure to turn heads, while its design makes it a comfortable ride. This is an all-around good ride for beginners or experts.

Power Plant

The water-cooled, 750cc V-twin power plant packs more power than one would expect, making this 519lb cruiser a force to be reckoned with. Its clutch is smooth, its acceleration is crisp, and its throttle response is immediate.

This bike’s comfort features include a seat height of less than 26”—making even shorter riders feel comfortable—and the foot pegs and handlebars are naturally and conveniently placed. The styling is long and low, for that “slammed” look, making this capable cruiser as nice to look at as it is to ride.

This bike has the power to pull even a 250 pound rider without any issue. You would think your riding a 1,000 cc power plant. Don't let the VT750 size fool you. There is plenty of power to ride with the big bikes.

Florida to Alaska and Back on a Honda CBR125R

Tue, 24 May 2011

A 65-year-old man from Windsor, Ontario, Canada is attempting a cross-continent ride from Key West, Fla., to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and back, on a Honda CBR125R. Bob Munden of Windsor is attempting to set the record for the smallest motorcycle to make the trip from the southernmost accessible point in North America to the northernmost point, and back. A print shop owner with a stable of five motorcycles, Munden will attempt the trip on the 124.7cc single-cylinder four-stroke Honda CBR125R, an entry-level sportbike model Honda offers in Canada.

And it's goodbye from him

THIS IS Valentino Rossi's farewell letter to his Fiat Yamaha team following the announcement the flambouyant Italian is to head to Ducati MotoGP in 2011.The hand-written letter, mistakes and all, is written in almost a 'my first romance' kinda way. It's touching, if a little bizarre. Some of the letter reads:“Unfortunately even the most beautiful love stories finish, but they leave a lot of wonderful memories, like when my M1 and I kissed for the first time on the grass at Welkom, when she looked straight in my eyes and told me ‘I love you!'"Somehow, we can't see Casey Stoner gushing quite as freely when he leaves Ducati for Repsol Honda.
