Honda Shadow description

2001 Honda Shadow ACE. Great mid-sized cruiser for a great price. It does have average miles,( a bit over 45k) but these Honda motors are known for longevity and reliability with normal maintenance.  Personally I prefer a bike that is ridden regularly.   It's not perfect, there are a few scratches here and there, but overall she looks good, and runs great!  Honda shadows have a huge amount of accessories and are resonable in price to up grade and personalize.  You will be responsible for pick up or delivery to you after purchase .

Honda Reveals First Look of Electric Motorcycle – With a Parade Float

Thu, 08 Dec 2022

134th Rose Parade takes place January 2, 2023 It’s been a couple of months since Honda outlined its electric motorcycle plans, which included a mix of mopeds, scooters and three large-sized “Fun EVs” destined for North America by 2024 and 2025. The initial announcement included a teaser image of two motorcycles and a scooter. Today, Honda released another glimpse of a future electric motorcycle in, of all places, a rendering of its float for the 2023 Rose Parade.

A Weighty Issue

Mon, 03 Nov 2008

For as long as I can remember, motorcycle manufacturers have been playing fast and loose with regard to what they claim for the weight of their bikes. The “dry weights” they foisted upon us had little basis in reality. The “dry” part of that claim meant that listed weights on a spec chart were the result of all fluids being MIA from the bike, including necessities like engine oil, coolant and fork fluid (not to mention fuel), but even that didn’t fully explain the overly optimistic specs.

Pit Biking; good clean fun for all the family

Wed, 01 Feb 2012

If you haven’t tried Pit Biking yet, you’re missing out on some incredible fun, and it won’t break the bank. The majority of pit bikes are of Chinese origin and I guess, are best described as modern day monkey bikes. Yes Chinese, and I’ve witnessed them being thrashed round all day long without missing a beat, so Jonny Wong and co. are finally getting there on quality and reliability!  Although Pit Bikes are designed for off road use, an extra few hundred quid spent on matching up wheels, fitting tarmac tyres and some crash protection will mean you’re track ready for a total of around £600.
