Honda ST1300 description

This was a "new in the crate" 2007 ST that was sold to the original owner in 2010. The original owner rode it for 700 miles and traded it back in to CDA Honda for the same bike, but black in color. I am the second owner and when I bought it in 2010 it had 700 miles on it.

I have ridden this bike all over the US and parts of Canada in the last few years and would take it out tomorrow on a cross country trip without hesitation. The ST1300 is an excellent bike for around town or the open road.

If you are looking at this bike then there is no need to fill up space with all the bike specs. You can check any number of websites for that information. What I will do is tell you what I have added to the bike.

* Sargent custom built seat
* Heli bars
* Several ram ball mounts
* Power outlet on left fairing
* Highway pegs
* Heated grips
* Givi trunk
* J&M CB radio with mp3 player. (you will need a 6 pin headset, I'm keeping mine)
* Cee Bailey aircraft grade windshield 4 inches wider and taller. Electric windshield standard.
* Stebil air horn
* Factory service manual.

* Added fuse panel under rear seat, for more accessories. *Valves checked at 24,000 miles...all well within spec.

 This bike has had Shell Rotella synthetic 5w40 for it's entire life, and it has been changed between 4 and 6 thousand miles, which is about half of the oil's life. Rear end oil was changed a lot more often than required. Brake and clutch fluid flush on regular basis. Fork oil change last year. New rear tire has about 50 miles on it, and the front has a few thousand left on it.
I do all my own maintenance and have all the records from day one.
This bike has never been down or dropped.....I teach motorcycle riding for Idaho STAR and MSF.

There are 3 or 4 small "pin head"or smaller paint chips that are the result of flying gravel, on the front that I have shown in the pictures.

If you are wanting a bike you can jump on and ride coast to coast tomorrow, then give me a call. I am located about 20 miles north of Sandpoint Idaho. I have several other bikes, so this one has to go to fund another one that I am rebuilding.

Serious inquiries only. If you have any questions, send me an email and I will give you a call if you like...include your phone number. I have not put the vin or my phone number on this listing, but send me a message if you want either.

I have a clear title and will accept cash in hand.

I am a long time ebay seller with lots of positive feedback. I have an ebay store here and I sell tee shirts and caps that are motorcycle related.

Check my positive feedback and purchase with confidence.

500.00 Paypal deposit required when bid is accepted......balance in cash.

2013 AMA Supercross Salt Lake City Race Report

Mon, 29 Apr 2013

Monster Energy Kawasaki racer Ryan Villopoto demonstrated once again he is a the top of his sport, clinching his third-consecutive AMA Supercross championship. Villopoto cemented his title with a win in front of 43,149 fans at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah, his ninth main event victory of the season and 33rd in his career. Though he led every lap, Villopoto didn’t have as easy a time in Salt Lake City as he has had in some races this season.

Thumbs up for a chilly N.E.C.

Apart from the freaky weather I have to say last week’s Carole Nash Motorcycle Live N.E.C. show was the best Birmingham event I've attended in the ten years. I really appreciate the fact that manufacturers chose to ignore the recession giving us great stands to cater for every enthusiast young and old.  Aprilia made a welcome return and I don’t know anyone that didn’t enjoy admiring the WSB RSV4, surely the the most gorgeous bike on the planet? The Honda stand rarely disappoints and this year was no exception with banking bikes providing fun for all the family.

Honda Electric Bike

Mon, 22 Dec 2008

Takeo Fukui’s speech this week was a bit on the gloomy side as the company adjusted its profit forecast by 67% in the wrong direction. Slumping auto sales and a sagging U.S. dollar were the main factors for Honda’s third profit forecast cut this year.
