Honda ST1100 description

1994 Honda ST1100, Runs Strong just upgrading. Has a number of farkles like Volt meter, USB port, and Aux lights. Has Corbin Seat with fold down passenger backrest. Wont disguise that it has 119K miles, but that's a testament that it is capable and then some. I never question if it will make it to wherever I'm going and its never left me walking. Its also never gone down.... except perhaps the PO dropping it in his driveway before I bought it 4 or 5 years ago. Still a fast response to the throttle twist. Idles nicely under 1K as may be seen by the tach in the pictures. The paint is passable. Tires are nearing end of season. I re-did the brakes and calipers last winter and replaced the disc's. Inspection is good to July 2017.

Two items will be taken off the bike (shown in the pictures) before sale.. the Whistler Radar Detector and my EasyPass.

Not show in the picture is a custom bag for long trips. It sits atop the back rack and pillion seat back. I can send you pictures if needed but its more of a nice adder if you buy the bike.

Plenty of riding season left. If your looking for a big big but not into Gold Wings... the ST line is it. Street Touring means it's smart enough to snap through the crotch rocket packs, it's V-4 water cooled engine has the stamina for the long hauls and it's riding position suites both twisty and highway in comfort.

I also posted this on E-Bay with a Buy It Now so... its gone when its gone. At this price, I would suggest jumping on it if your serious as $1800 is honorable price all the way around.

I also have the Honda manual and some spare parts (stock seat + stuff) to include for a Buy It Now Buyer.  Just sayin.....  =)

Finally, if it needs to be said... A sale is final. No warranty offered or should be expected.

Sorry... cant change the post but I will sell within the US only. With the exception of our brothers and sisters in Canada..... I wont accept sales to people not living in the US. Example... I wont sell to somebody that wants to keep it here while they re-post it ..... which looks to be a growing Chinese culture thing to do. You buy it, I expect you to take it away.

GSX-R600 and CBR250R the glass is half full

Wed, 13 Oct 2010

Suzuki’s GSX-R600 might not look that much different to the outgoing model but I suspect this bike could be very much a dark horse in 2011. I say this because two years ago I was definitely not building my hopes up en route to the K9 GSXR 1000 launch. The leaked pictures suggested the biggest change from the 2007 version would be some fresh graphics but I was so wrong.  As it turned out, I was greeted in Almeria with a brand new bike, built from the tarmac up and it proved to be more than a match in every department for the much hyped 2009 Yamaha R1.

WSBK 2013: Phillip Island Race Report

Mon, 25 Feb 2013

Max Biaggi who? The Roman Emperor’s retirement after winning the 2012 World Superbike Championship marked the end of an era for Aprilia, with the 2013 campaign marking the first without Biaggi since the Italian manufacturer came back to the WSBK scene with the RSV4. If Aprilia misses its two-time WSBK Champion, it sure didn’t show it with a dominating display at the 2013 season opener in Australia.

Honda Motor Compo: For Those Too Lazy to Walk From the Car to the Front Door

Thu, 01 Dec 2011

Honda introduced a new electric suitcase-styled scooter concept designed to be small enough to fit in the passenger compartment of a car. (Updated with more high-resolution photos). The Motor Compo concept was unveiled alongside Honda’s futuristic-looking Micro Commuter Concept electric car at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show.
