Honda Rebel description

This bike was recently serviced at a bike dealership from front to back.  Bike is in excellent condition but fuel tank is dented where the bike has been dropped sometime in the past. Photo shows damage on right side of tank.  I used this bike to practice for my MSF class instead of my Harley-Davidson because it is the type bike they teach the class with.  I do not need this and my Harley-Davidson so am selling this bike.  Dealer/seller told me that the tires were put on new just previous to my purchase and this appears to be true.  Photos included of the tires.  New battery and windshield. Fresh oil change and tune-up done at dealer.

The most beautiful race bike ever?

Thu, 06 Oct 2011

It was good to see my old HRC team mate Shinichi Itoh making his final Moto GP appearance last weekend at Motegi.  At 44 he was a bit off the pace compared to his younger team mates, but that didn't matter as it was a joy just to see him circulating on what I reckon is most stunning GP bike ever. And I gladly braved the pit lane walkabout chaos just to dribble and take a few snaps. Unfortunately he lost the front in one session trashing a complete set of body work but was back in action on race day to grab a few world championship points.

Honda Announces Electric Motorcycle Plans

Tue, 13 Sep 2022

Carbon neutrality by 2040 Honda announced plans for a carbon neutral future and a goal of introducing 10 or more electric motorcycles by 2025 including three mid-range models and a youth model for North America. Until now, Honda has been very tentative when it comes to electrification, with its main focus being on developing swappable battery packs for electric two-wheelers. Its Japanese counterparts Yamaha and Kawasaki have outlined their own plans, while in North America, Harley-Davidson is days away from finalizing its LiveWire spin-off.
