Honda Other description

I bought this bike new in 1984 and it has less than 2800 miles. I replaced the speedometer due to a malfunction so the miles on the bike shown now are 1984 but it had about 350 when I changed it. The bike has just had the carb overhauled and the gas tank sealed and a new front tire. Runs great and looks great for it's age. A real classic  look and not many left in this condition.  Gas tank has some paint issue around the fill cap and some scratches here and there but overall very nice.

By the end of the contract, Pedrosa will have spent a whole decade racing for Honda in the premier class to go with another five seasons in the 125cc and 250cc classes. The signing follows a similar two-year contract extension for Pedrosa’s teammate, the reigning World Champion Marc Marquez while over in the Yamaha camp, Valentino Rossi also recently signed a two-year contract extension, making 2016 the year to watch for silly season drama.

Joey Dunlop on a V4 Honda at the '83 TT

Fri, 28 Sep 2012

Onboard video footage doesn't get a lot better than this: Joey Dunlop during practice at the TT in 1983 onboard a factory Honda RS850R. An 859cc ultra-short stroke V4 Honda that Joey mastered around The Island, later winning the TT Formula 1. Although the 'production' race, the RS850R stretched that to the limit.
