Which Repsol rider has the most podiums?

Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner reached a new milestone for Repsol Honda Team at the US Grand Prix this past weekend. After eighteen years of successes, including over 100 victories and 9 world titles, the team achieved the 300 podium landmark through Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa’s efforts in the tenth round of this year’s MotoGP World Championship season. The energy company and the Japanese factory joined forces in 1995, with the intention of reaching the peak of the premier class.

The Japanese oddity to naming teams

Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. Motorcycle Thefts Down 11.2% in 2010

Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010,  according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.
