Honda Other description

I restored this bike the way Honda should have built it. This was a very low miles bike (under 600 miles). Motor is the nicest running small Honda motor I've ever had and I've had quite a few. Motor was not touched because it runs excellent and uses no oil. Attention to detail is impeccable. Wheels have minor pitting but not enough to justify re-plating (very minor). Seat is nice after market. The only thing wrong with this bike is when headlight is used it kills the battery eventually. This is because I purchased a new set of CT90 handle bar controls and have since bought a ST90 control which I haven't installed.  (I found out that they are different). 50 miles since restoring 4 years ago and the bike has been in my basement with my other collection. Title Lost - Bill of Sale only. Original tool kit with bike. No disappointments. Will not ship. $200 deposit required through PayPal at end of auction. Cash balance at pickup.

Looking for a CBR250R or K1600GTL Forum?

Thu, 07 Apr 2011

Every year in the motorcycling world there are a few new motorcycles that gather the collective interest of enthusiasts across the country. This year those two models included the new entry-level sportbike from Honda, the CBR250R, and the new luxo-touring bike from BMW, the K1600GT and K1600GTL. While enthusiasts are gearing up for delivery of their new bikes there is a place for them to enthusiastically discuss their new purchase, or perhaps, for those who have not yet purchased, a sounding board for their thoughts.

Two Flagstaff Residents To Ride Small Motorcycles Across Arizona For Charity

Thu, 24 Apr 2014

In June, Flagstaff residents Eva Rupert and Josh Remer will be riding vintage 100cc motorcycles across the state of Arizona to raise money for Blood:Water Mission, a Nashville non-profit that builds HIV/AIDS clinics and clean water wells in Africa. Both Josh and Eva are avid motorcyclists and wanted a way to use what they love to make a difference in the world. They see their ride as a more exciting version of a walk-a-thon.

“The Retriever” is Swedish for Tow Bike

Wed, 22 Oct 2008

The Honda GL1800 Goldwing may be a versatile vehicle, but a Sweden based company has developed theirs to be something much different; a recovery vehicle. According to their site, the process takes less than 90 seconds with a single operator using the handheld remote control. The bike can allegedly be driven like any other motorcycle when you are not towing a car behind you.
