My Honda Pacific Coast is in near perfect condition, especially for a 1989 yr model (Honda only made these bikes from 89 - to 98, so they are very collectable - it looks like a baby Goldwing). The bike has, never been wrecked / laid down, but has NOT been ridden regularly for over a year. The bike has always been garage kept and does NOT have a current Virginia inspection sticker... however, I have full confidence in it's roadworthiness. The bike currently needs a new battery and a carb cleaning job (it runs fine after warming up for a few minutes), which is work already scheduled / planned for this or next week. If you buy the bike before that work is done, I will certainly consider that in your offer. Buyer is responsible for shipping, however, I can assist with loading + securing the load. Note: I also have a 1991 Honda ST1100 in "pristine" condition (see my other listing). I will consider all fair offers and/or trades (or I'll keep it until the weather gets warmer... like many. AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results
Mon, 16 Apr 2012Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.

Mon, 27 Feb 2012Max Biaggi won the opening race to the 2012 World Superbike Championship while defending champion Carlos Checa came back from a high-speed crash in the first race to win the second at Australia’s Phillip Island circuit. Reigning champion Checa of Althea Ducati had a stunning high-side crash while leading on the sixth lap of Race One. The WSBK paddock was already in shock with the death of 17-year-old Oscar McIntyre in the Superstock 600 race the day before but thankfully Checa was not seriously injured.

Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick.
