UP FOR BIDS AT !NO RESERVE! IS A 1970 HONDA Z50 MINI TRAIL. THE BIKE IS IN VERY CLEAN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND HAS BEEN KEPT INSIDE ITS WHOLE LIFE. IT RUNS AND SHIFTS WELL. THE CHROME AND TIRES ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE ORIGINAL PAINT ON THE TANK HAS SOME GAS STAINS, SEE PHOTOS. THE REAR FENDER HAS SOME MINOR DINGS BUT OVERALL THIS IS A VERY NICE EARLY MINI TRAIL TO RESTORE OR RIDE AS IT IS. THE BIKE HAS GOOD COMPRESSION AND SPARK. THE LIGHTS WORK. Ronax 500cc Two-Stroke Sportbike Coming June 8

German company Ronax GmbH is producing a limited edition street-legal two-stroke sportbike rumored to be based on the Honda NSR500 GP racebike. The company isn’t releasing much information but what little it has revealed about the Ronax 500 has certainly piqued our interest. What we do know for certain is the motorcycle will be powered by a 500cc two-stroke V-4 engine, which sounds like Honda’s racebike of yesteryear.

Honda to Introduce Larger “New Concept” Models for North America

Honda announced it is following up on its NC700 series with a new large-sized model, with sales expected to begin in North America in 2013. Honda first announced plans for its NC700 models in at the 2010 EICMA show with a concept it called the “New Mid“, so it really shouldn’t be a surprise Honda would follow it up with a “New Large” series. The new models were announced in a presentation by Honda Chief Executive Officer Takanobu Ito alongside plans to develop a new MotoGP-derived sportbike.

FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
