This scooter / motorcycle is in original, unrestored condition. This bike I had running this past summer. It will need a new battery. Runs and shifts fine before I put it into storage. Minor rust on the rims, missing one winker lens, cracked tail light. I was told it was a 1966 model but can not verify. Being sold as is. No title but will be sold with a bill of sale. 49cc gasoline engine with kick start. Has all correct plastic pieces in place in good condition. Headlight, taillight, dash light and horn work. Great project for restoration or with a little TLC a daily driver. I am told these scooters get between 125 to 250 miles per gallon depending on the driver's weight. In addition, Honda will be working with the AMA and the Pikes Peak sanctioning body on improvements which will provide new levels of safety to the Motorcycle / ATV / UTV / Sidecar competitors. Stoner Tops Day One of Sepang Test – Video
Tue, 28 Feb 2012It’s been about a month since Casey Stoner last tested the Honda RC213V racebike at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit but the defending World Champion remains the man to beat, setting the fastest lap at the first day of MotoGP’s February Sepang test. Heavy rain limited teams’ testing and Stoner only completed 16 laps but still managed to set a time of 2:01.761. Stoner was the only rider to lap under 2:02, though his Repsol Honda teammate Dani Pedrosa came close with a time of 2:02.005 while completing 36 laps.
Rossi Makes Progress but Hayden Suffers Shoulder Setback
Wed, 01 Feb 2012Ducati continues to develop its Desmosedici GP12 MotoGP race bike, setting modest goals while trying to establish a good setup. Already trailing the other factory teams in development time for its race prototypes, Ducati continued to try to find good base settings for the GP12. Valentino Rossi achieved the team’s goal of lapping under two minutes and two seconds with a time of 2:01.886 while completing 44 laps on the second day of testing at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit.
