1971 Honda SL 350 Vintage Classic Motosport Original (1971)
1971 Honda SL 350 Motosport, rare in this condition only 1,760 original miles. This entire bike is nearly all original the only thing that is not original is the seat cover and the frame paint. The silver paint on the frame just did not hold up like the rest. The bike was disassembled the fame was sandblasted, primed and painted with automotive grade acrylic enamel paint color matched to original color. The Ruby Red paint is original and is beautiful. There is a couple small dents in the tank not sure if they are visible in photos they are very slight and really only noticeable at certain angles. The tires, chain, sprockets, brakes and exhaust are original. The left side muffler has a small dent from the kick stand also had a couple spots repaired but as you can see in pics hardly noticeable. The decals are also original, there is a crack in the right side frame cover where the 350 decal is (see pic). Most of the hardware was zinc plated to like new condition, some is new OEM Honda. The handle bars are new OEM as well as the air filters and many more parts. All the electrics lights, horn, brake lights, tach and speedometer all function properly. I cannot tell you the amount of time with attention to detail was put into this bike and it shows. Not in the pics but I do have the original mirrors one even still has the blue protective coating from the factory on it. I have owned this bike for several years it was purchased from a gentleman in Florida where it spent most of it's life sitting in a garage. Comes with original owners manual as well as a clear title. I hate to part with this bike but I'm to the point I have to part with one before I can get another (garage is full) This is a 42 year old bike I've tried to describe it best as possible feel free to ask questions I'm sure there are things I have forgotten. I think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer Motosport but it does come with a price. This motorcycle is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. I've owned this bike for about 5 years now, and unfortunately other obligations have not allowed me to spend as much time on this bike as I would like to ride. In my time owning it, I have replaced the brake fluid once (two years ago), and flushed the radiator fluid and oil change each year except for this year. I generally only put on 1000-2000 miles in a year on the bike. I also for good measure put new brake pads on the bike after the first year that I owned it. Here is a very nice all original 2005 Honda Big Ruckus. This very nice motorcycle is nearly showroom condition with no damage, rust, dings, dents or galls any where on it. With only 900 something miles everything on it appears as new. There is no noticeble wear on the tires, it is not faded or discolored by the sun, the paint is excellent. The rubber type grips, footrests, etc show very little to no signs of wear. It has not been dropped, nor has it been collided with and its condition shows despite the poor photos. The bike starts, runs, idles, and brakes like new! I think you would be hard pressed to find a better example, this one has been in climate controlled indoor storage all of its life since new. It has the brush guards on the headlights, gives it a nice look. This highly engineered motorcycle is ready for whatever adventure you may have in store for it. All fluids changed, all Honda specs, all Honda mechanics. No disappointments on the bike, it is ready to go. I have clear title and owners manual. I cannot ship this bike so the the shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. I can, however store the bike right where it is for a reasonable period of time, say a few weeks. While we wait for Honda to officially reveal the the bike, we’ve managed to get further specifications for the 2023 Honda Hornet, thanks to vehicle certification data from Switzerland. The Swiss data lines up with what Honda has already revealed about the Hornet, including its 755cc Parallel-Twin Unicam engine and its claimed output of 90.5 hp at 9500 rpm, 55.3 lb-ft.
