Up for auction is a 2016 Honda Africa Twin CRF1000 D DCT Dual Clutch Transmission Serial #6. This bike is in Mint like new condition. It comes with the OEM accessory rear Luggage Rack and Trunk that has been keyed to the original ignition switch key. It has 623 miles on the odometer and has not had the first oil change.

Video: Honda Crossrunner v mountain pass

This road (the one in the video) was a previously unseen, super-steep mountain pass which needed first gear for the hairpins and second between them with an occasional grab at third on the quicker sections. It was the sort of road that pumps up your forearms and makes you crane your neck to see what's coming next (mainly cyclists). The surface was rubbish.

They take an old Honda Rebel 250 and customize the frame to accommodate the electric motor and batteries, they claim the conversion should take about two to three days to complete, the batteries will take about 5-8 hours to charge and will give you a top speed of 45 mph.
