Honda CTX1300 Spotted During Film Shoot

Last month, we were one of the first to report on these leaked documents listing several upcoming Honda models, including one CTX1300. These images of the Honda CTX1300 were taken during the bike’s promotional filming on a motorcycle that looks to be production-ready. With a body style closely resembling that of the smaller displacement CTX700, the major, and most obvious, difference with the 1300 is the larger, 1261cc engine, believed to be sourced from Honda’s sport-touring stalwart, the ST1300.

Ronax 500 – the Street Legal Two-Stroke GP Replica

After teasing us for nearly two months, German brand Ronax has revealed its 500cc two-stroke sportbike. Ronax isn’t saying it’s a street-legal replica of the Honda NSR500 that Valentino Rossi rode to win the 2001 Grand Prix world championship – probably because they legally can’t – but that’s essentially what the 500 is. Results From Day 1 Of Second Sepang MotoGP Test

With the absence of Marc Marquez from the second Sepang MotoGP test, due to a broken leg suffered in a training accident, another Honda rider took his place at the top of the time sheets, though it’s not who you might think. Alvaro Bautista on the Gresini Honda set the fastest time at the end of the first day with a 2:00.848. The time is 1.3 second slower than the fastest time Marquez set at the last Sepang test.
