Don't buy new! You'd be crazy not to buy this VFR1200F! Only 287 miles and comes with warranty, theft deterrent system, and Simoniz Mototect paint protectant to protect against the elements. This bike is the nicest used VFR in the country at the absolute lowest price. Folks, don't haggle. I'm not receptive to that. If you want a deal, bring the money or call me and I'll finance it in-house. Trades are welcome. I'm a straight shooter so I'm telling you right now I won't take a dime less. Mon, 14 Oct 2013Honda Project Leader Shunji Yokokawa's first Honda bike was a CB900, which he got when he was a teenager after seeing Freddie Spencer wheeling his way down the Laguna's Corkscrew.Yokokawa has been in the States himself recently, having travelled to the Bonneville Salt Flats to break a world land speed record for a stock 600cc motorcycle.According to the Southern California Timing Association website (you'd have thought the video might have mentioned something about the record?), Shunji was successful in his attempt during August's 'Speed Week', setting an official speed of 170.828mph onboard a CBR600RR.
Bradl Staying with LCR Honda for 2014 MotoGP Season
Thu, 15 Aug 2013The LCR Honda announced Stefan Bradl has signed a one-year contract extension with Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) that will see the German rider return with the team for the 2014 MotoGP season. Bradl won the 2012 MotoGP Rookie of the Year award with the LCR Honda squad and currently sits sixth in the 2013 championship standings after earning his first career MotoGP-class podium with a second-place result at Laguna Seca. The 2011 Moto2 champion will continue to receive factory support from HRC while racing for Lucio Cecchinello’s LCR squad.
