Honda Other description

2010 Honda Sabre, What happens when you take the wicked, stripped-down styling cues of our Fury chopper and throw in a large dose of pro-street dragster? Well, you're looking at it: the all-new Honda Sabre. And trust us, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.Start with the beefy, Fury-derived 1312cc liquid-cooled, 52 V-twin, featuring Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) and performance as muscular as it is seamless. Smooth, maintenance-free shaft final drive merely makes it that much better. And then, of course, there s the look-short, sporty fenders, all-black frame, and a raked-out fork that screams, "You want some of this?"Make room, Main Street. The all-new Honda Sabre is here.

Honda has patented a technical solution from the arsenal of the Gold Wing tourer.

Thu, 02 Apr 2020

The modern Honda Gold Wing is equipped with a double wishbone front suspension, which not only increases ride comfort, but also allows the geometry of the motorcycle not to change during acceleration and braking. Lever suspension, which stabilizes the bahavior, may appear on other models of the company in the future. This is hinted at by patent images of similar systems integrated into the design of completely different motorcycles - the “classic” CB1100 and the small-capacity C125 Super Cub.

Michael Dunlop captured his second victory in the 2013 Isle of Man TT, winning the first Supersport race a day after doing the same in the Superbike race. But it was a different Dunlop that led early on the first lap. Older brother William Dunlop on the Milwaukee Yamaha R6 had the fastest time through Glen Helen, between the ninth and tenth milestones of the Isle of Man’s Mountain course.

We ran a couple of stories last week - both, coincidentally, about new Kawasakis. One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.
