2007 HONDA VT 750 SHADOW AERO, THIS VERY CLEAN TWO TONE HONDA VT750 SHADOW AERO MODEL IS READY TO RIDE. THE BIKE IS STOCK WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE EXTRA RUNNING LIGHT KIT THAT HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE FRONT. IT LOOKS GREAT. WE HAVE RUN THIS BIKE THROUGH OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR A CHECK OVER. WE HAVE DONE A NEW OIL AND OIL FILTER CHANGE ON THE BIKE. THE STOCK MUFFLER DOES HAVE SOME SCUFF ON IT. I HAVE TRIED TO SHOW THIS IN ONE OF THE PICTURES. THE BIKE HAS A LOW 8,840 MILE ON THE BIKE. A STOCK BIKE THAT HAS NOT BEEN MESSED WITH. THIS MOTORCYCLE CAME TO US WITH SOME COSMETIC DAMAGE WHICH HAS BEEN REPLACED OR REPAIRED. THE BIKE COMES WITH A CALIFORNIA SALVAGE CERTIFICATE. US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.

Michael Dunlop led from start to finish to win the second Supersport TT race, giving him 10 TT victories in his career, tying him with the likes of Giacomo Agostini. Dunlop also joins sidecar racer Robert Fisher, Ian Lougher and Stanley Woods with 10 wins apiece, all tied for seventh overall on the all-time wins list. Riding his MD Racing Honda CBR600RR, Dunlop got off to a strong start, recording a time of 17:55.817 on the opening lap, giving him a 4.6-second advantage over fellow Honda rider Bruce Anstey.

So with an afternoon of sightseeing completed (a rare luxury on most launches) it's back to the hotel for the press conference. These are you usually long winded, tooth pulling affairs with Japanese technicians insisting on speaking their bestest engrish which only serves to elongate the proceedings. Nothing kills a presentation more than reading every word of a powerpoint slide verbatum, even thought the viewers can read exactly the same words (and probably a lot faster). The Crossrunner presentation was mercifully brief and snappy followed by dinner in the hotel and a reasonably early night as everyone had already been up for twenty hours.
