2005 Honda Vfr 800 A3 INTERCEPTOR (ABS), 2005 honda vfr Time to sell the VFR. The bike has just under 19k on it (18,867, and probably won't change too much). This bike has always performed flawlessly and has never had any problems. The bike has newer Michelin Pilot Road 3s on it (they have about 6k miles, but don't show it). Bike has been dropped on the right side. Has some scratches, but in good condition and barely noticeable. It has the following add-ons on it: OEM Saddlebags (from an 06, so they are black and not red) Helibars (1in up and 1 in back for more comfortable ride) ThrottleMeister Throttle Lock (these are the heavy version) Voltmeter installed on dash BLS Lowering Pegs Had wiring harness recall performed 3k miles ago. Also installed the VFR-ness just after the recall was performed. New Chain 6k miles ago Clean title in hand $6500 OBO Would also consider trade for BMW Dakar with hard cases. $6,500.00

The name was originally used in Europe in 1969 for Honda’s ST-series in 50 and 70cc models, and last produced from 1995 to 2003 in Japan. The name comes from “Dachshund”, as its distinctive T-shaped frame resembles the weiner dog breed, helping it stand out from Honda’s other minibikes like the Monkey and Cub.

Honda announced at EICMA that they intend to introduce a new V4 motorcycle in 2010. Very few details about the new bike have been released, only that it will be powered by Honda’s iconic V4 engine configuration. The Japanese manufacturer is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its V4 engine.
