This is my 1998 Honda Valkyrie in Rare Teal / Sea-Foam Green and Black color with matching hard lockable travel bags/cases. Excellent condition with one dent on front fender shown in photo. Lots of chrome. Runs and rides great. Fresh service and good tires. Clean Arizona title. Kept in a climate controlled garage. Comes with original manuals. Amazing Machine.

Honda Trademarks Design for Naked CBR300R

Earlier this week, we uncovered Kawasaki‘s design trademark for a naked version of its 250cc single-cylinder Ninja RR Mono. It now looks like Kawasaki isn’t the only Japanese manufacturer with a small-displacement naked model on the way. Honda has registered a trademark on the design for a new motorcycle that appears to be a naked CBR300R or CBR250R.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
