I have for sale a super fun Honda scooter. It gets great gas mileage about 100mpg. It meets the requirements of a Moped in Oregon and does not require a special licence to ride. It does 35mph very nice and makes it great town transportation. I am the 2nd owner and have had it since 1990. It has always been kept in doors and still runs like new. Honda has patented its development in the field of interactive technologies that prevent accidents, following BMW. The Japanese proposed a warning system about the danger that lies in wait for the driver in the blind zone. Honda engineers have proposed equipping the motorcycle with cameras and radars that will detect dangerous proximity to another vehicle or pedestrian and warn the driver through light indication or tactile feedback.

The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .
