Honda Other description

1986 Honda VFR700 Interceptor, 1986 Honda VFR700 Interceptor, nearly perfect with 10,354 miles! This is truly a time capsule. It is such a nicely preserved original that it could easily hold its own in a museum collection. It has a few VERY minor flaws, but it looks practically new overall. And it runs and rides like new, too! The gear-driven cams are just as cool as the sound they make. The power from the V-Four is smooth and plentiful. And the chassis and brakes make any ride feel like a dream. Call 312-878-8711.

Traditionally a fast starter and qualifier, Sykes started on the pole once again at Assen and had strong starts in both races. But unlike the first two rounds where he started strong before fading, the Kawasaki factory rider was able to remain at the front in both races at Assen and earn some valuable championship points.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Daytona Results

Mon, 12 Mar 2012

James Stewart gave his 2012 AMA Supercross championship hopes a much needed boost with a big win in sloppy, muddy conditions at Daytona International Speedway. Heavy rains made the Ricky Carmichael-designed track in Daytona’s tri-oval section even more difficult than the GOAT conceived, with the terrain rough, choppy and rutted. Series point leader Ryan Villopoto became an early casualty of the track conditions, sliding outon the second corner.
