Hi,
I'm selling my 1982 Honda CX500T. I've had the bike a few years and have rebuilt the front master cylinder, waste gate, and installed new tires (they now have a little under 1000 miles on them). The tires are Pirelli Sport Demons. The bike fires right up and runs and I've had it inspected and on the road this summer. It needs a little TLC as you can probably see from the photos, but has all the makings for a nice restoration. These bikes were only made for one year, so they're pretty rare, and getting harder to find all the time. They took the motorcycle world by storm in 1982 and as such, this bike is a bit of a historic time capsule. Feel free to contact me about any specific questions, and thanks for looking. |

Brough Superior to Make Moto2 Debut at Silverstone
Thu, 17 Jul 2014The Taylormade Brough Superior racebike will make its Moto2 racing debut at the British Grand Prix at the U.K.’s Silverstone circuit. Backed by insurance company Bennetts, the one-off entry will feature British Supersport racer Luke Mossey riding the Taylormade Carbon 2 racebike. Led by California-based but British-bred Paul Taylor and John Keogh, the Taylormade project was started to rethink the spark the impending relaunch of the Brough Superior brand as well as to explore new ways of designing prototype race machines.

But with India’s middle class starting to flex its financial muscle while other markets continue to struggle, the New Delhi show is becoming much more prominent, with major OEMs positioning themselves to claim a piece of the India’s 13 million vehicles-a-year market. Official 2014 MotoGP Entry List Released
Fri, 28 Feb 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released the official entry list for the 2014 MotoGP Championship including 23 riders representing 13 teams. The final entry list also lists each rider’s status as either a Open or Factory class rider. The eight Factory riders are allowed to use their teams’ own proprietary ECU software but are otherwise limited by a freeze on engine development, a limit of five engines for the whole season and just 5.3 gallons of fuel per race.
