My wife and I located this bike in Ohio a couple of years ago where it had been in heated storage for the past 29 years due to the original purchaser passing away . When we bought it , it had 250 miles on it and it now has 580 miles on it. My wife no longer rides it due to a pinched spinal nerve which makes her left arm go numb after 20 minutes of riding. So she has asked me to list the bike to the next lucky owner or collector of vintage motorcycles. I am taking my Harley down to Florida in my enclosed trailer in October for Biketoberfest so I am willing to deliver the bike for free anywhere along the I 75 corridor between Detroit Mich. and St. Augustine Fla. for the winning bidder. This is a really sharp 1982 Honda 450 and you would be hard pressed to find another like it anywhere . These bikes were no slouches either. From the factory they had 45 horsepower and were capable of 1/4 mile speeds of 13 seconds. ( I got that information from the Honda website .) I havent tried to see how responsive the bike is as I have my own bike and I dont beat on it either. Bid to win , its worth it. Honda's latest Cub
Fri, 18 May 2012Honda released their original C100 Super Cub way back in 1958 when other bikes at the time proved to be notoriously unreliable and difficult to ride. Since then, they have sold over 27 million C90s, with the step-through framed bike proving to be easy to ride and even easier to maintain. Looking like it's come straight from the film WALL-E, the new UNI-CUB might have two wheels but any similarity with a Honda C90 ends there.
Drool-worthy new trials bike

Developed in collaboration with Honda, and the Repsol Montesa Honda Trials team, it’s got a 259cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine designed to compete with smaller two-strokes while producing less emissions. There are two versions, the £5,699 standard 4RT260, aimed at amateur-to-advanced riders, and the more competition-focussed Factory Race Replica version, with Showa suspension, at £6,799.
