Honda Other description

Completely rebuilt CX500 Cafe. Only needs paint. My wife lost her job and things are getting tight so this thing has to go and it breaks my heart.

Bike has been completely tore down and powder coated. Engine has been stripped meticulously and painted. New All Balls bearings in the fork stem, and Murray's Carbs carburetors that have been worked on and tuned personally by him. Rae San after market ignition and brand new rear shocks. Mac 2 into 1 exhaust as well. This thing runs great, I have ridden it about ten times and it is a blast. The motor was low mileage when I got it around 5,400 miles so it pulls very strong. Runs, idles and sounds great. All new cables, grips, lights and blinkers. Tank has a dent on both sides from pre build that can easily be fixed. Inside is clean as a whistle with no rust. The bike has a great seat that has a welded in mount, complete original tool kit. All you need to do is choose your paint scheme and you are on a really nice classic Honda that has been Cafe'd. Title in hand.

Does your 2010 Honda Fury have Sloppy Welds?

Tue, 02 Jun 2009

The 2010 Honda Fury Chopper has been out for a few weeks now and people have been buying them up all across North America.  A local Honda dealer revealed to us that he only received 4 choppers from Honda and sold them before they even arrived at his shop. The Fury is at a great price for those who want a stylish chopper look, but are you sacrificing quality for a bargain chopper?  Do sloppy welds break your heart or can you tough it out and live with them knowing you got a unique looking bike at an affordable price? See the full post for pictures and opinions.

Joey Dunlop on a V4 Honda at the '83 TT

Fri, 28 Sep 2012

Onboard video footage doesn't get a lot better than this: Joey Dunlop during practice at the TT in 1983 onboard a factory Honda RS850R. An 859cc ultra-short stroke V4 Honda that Joey mastered around The Island, later winning the TT Formula 1. Although the 'production' race, the RS850R stretched that to the limit.

MotoGP should return to Suzuka

Thu, 14 Jul 2011

Suzuka was always one of the great circuits; unfortunately the Japanese track was dropped following the tragic death of Daijiro Kato in 2003 as the course was deemed too tight and dangerous for the rapid four-strokes. Owned by Honda, Suzuka is a magical place combining arching S-bends from the start of the lap, high-speed in the middle and finished off with the technical and oft racing deciding final chicane, the location of many fantastic last lap battles. However the death of Kato, and Honda’s major hope of a Japanese champion, placed a dark cloud over the 5.807 kilometres of tarmac.
