1980 Honda XL250S
I picked this item up at auction. The person selling it told me that it had been sitting for 30 years or so. It is a vintage year with very low miles. I had to replace the carburetor because the gas had dried out and plugged\corroded everything inside the carb. Once I did that, the unit started right up and runs great. I've been using it all summer and have had lots of fun with it however; I just picked up a Harley and now this needs to go. This is a dual purpose trail\street bike. Does great on the trails and can easily be driven to the trails without having to haul it. I picked up a re-jetting kit since we are at high altitude. I will include the kit with the sale. 2012 Honda NSF250R Race Bike Coming to America
Wed, 03 Aug 2011American Honda announced it is bringing the new 2012 HRC NSF250R Moto3-spec race bike to the U.S. Though it was developed primarily for competition in the Moto3 World Championship, the 249cc Honda NSF250R will be legal for some racing classes in the U.S. including in USGPRU and WERA.

Fresh off of signing a contract extension with Yoshimura Suzuki, Stewart took control of the Arlington main event on the third lap, passing holeshot-taker Ryan Dungey and running away with the win. With his win last week at San Diego, Stewart becomes the first rider to win back-to-back races this season and establishes himself as a championship contender as we approach the mid-way point of the 2014 season.
2012 Honda CRF250L – New Dual Sport with CBR250R Engine
Thu, 01 Dec 2011The 2011 Tokyo Motor Show has produced a number of new concepts but there is at least one new production model. Honda premiered a new dual-sport powered by a 249cc engine reportedly based on the CBR250R’s power plant. The 2012 Honda CRF250L is a step up from the CRF230L and its carbureted air-cooled 223cc SOHC engine.
