Honda Other description

Restored 1975 Honda Z50 Mini Bike in EXCELLENT Running Condition.

Frame Number Z50A-6205629

Engine Number Z50AE-409989

Frame, swingarm, chain guard, kickstand, foot pegs were all sand blasted and professionally painted black. Fuel tank, triple tree, and side cover were professionally painted a awesome deep candy maroon.

Many new parts including handle bars, grips, lever, cables, steering stem nut, switches, exhaust, shocks, fork boots, decals, headlight, tail light, fenders, seat, tires, rims, tubes, kick start, shifter, tools, brakes, bearings, washers, and fasteners. Fresh chrome plated upper triple tree, air cleaner, axels, brake arms, and fork tubes. Many chrome plated fasteners.

Engine was professionally rebuilt by a certified Honda mechanic. It starts on first or second kick and runs perfect.

Bike was stored in temperature and humidity controlled basement since the restoration. It has only a few miles on it since restoration.

There are three very minor flaws that I must point out. 1. The cam cover is scratched but could easly be buffed out or replaced. 2. The left side cover was cracked and repaired. The repair is only visible on the inside of the cover. 3. There is a small paint chip on the forks.

Reserve is set at only a fraction of the money I have invested. This is a great opportunity to buy a show bike at a price cheaper than it costs to build one.

The CT70 in the background is not included but if you are interested contact me and I will list on ebay with a very reasonable buy it now price. I also have other z50 soft tails and hardtails for sale that I will be listing soon.

The name Matt Cuddy should need no introduction to Motorcycle.com readers. Not only does he have more than 5,000 posts on our forum, he’s also written dirt bike tests for us, including the 2010 and 2011 Kawasaki KX450F reviews. Making this accomplishment more noteworthy is the fact that Matt is a paraplegic – he was hit by a car several years ago while riding his motorcycle.
