Good clean carbs, jet for exhaust and air box. Henry abe air filter box. Tight engine with lots of compression and very few miles. 4-1 exhaust. Extended forks with correct fork lowers. Good brakes. Good wheels, 16" rear. Unmodified frame! Stock unicorn top triple clamp with excellent set of original gauges. Chopper seat with sissy bar. Electronics panel. Bike can be made stock or made into a cafe racer with a few parts (stock seat and headlamp bucket available). Comes with all necessary paperwork for registration. The images are horrific, but thanks to groundbreaking protective gear, Lorenzo walked away with only a collarbone fracture and a heck of a tale to tell. Today, Alpinestars released a trace graph analysis of Lorenzo’s spill, thanks to data collected from his TechAir airbag suit.
Max Biaggi Announces Retirement
Wed, 07 Nov 2012Max Biaggi will retire as a champion, announcing his decision to step away from the sport after winning his second World Superbike Championship by just half a point. The man known as the Corsair and the Roman Emperor announced his retirement this morning at a press conference at the Vallelunga circuit near Rome, Italy. Biaggi ends his 21-year international racing career with six world championships, with four consecutive 250cc Grand Prix titles from 1994 to 1997 to go along with his 2010 and 2012 WSBK titles.
2014 AMA Supercross – Indianapolis Results
Mon, 03 Mar 2014Ryan Dungey captured his first win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season in a wild main event that saw two of the top title contenders crashing on the starting straight at Indianapolis‘ Lucas Oil Stadium. Smartop MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi took the holeshot for the second race in a row, but the big news was incoming points leader Ryan Villopoto and Ken Roczen going down before the first turn. Roczen trailed Villopoto by nine points going into the Indianapolis round, but the KTM rookie’s hopes of overtaking the reigning champion took a blow when he went down on the straight, knocking Villopoto off in the process.
