Honda Other description

This 1970 Honda Minitrail Z50 was purchased from the original owner. He purchased it new from the local Yakima, Wa. Honda dealer. Purchased off Ebay for $2850.   Was able to register with my name, Washington State with a Collector Plate, title will be issued in July of 2014.  Will have a title then.   White and red!  Excellent unrestored condition! Runs great! This is a true unrestored original barn find. All parts are original. It has original tires. Dealer Sticker still on the tank. There is no speedo on the minitrail, ebay would not let me list without a number so maybe 300 miles. Very little wear on original ties.  It also has the rare "shark fin" stator cover/chain guard.  I have heard of these but I have never seen one.  Very nice collectable original minitrail.  It is rare to find one in this original unrestored condition. Runs and drives excellent.  Only original once, why have a restored one when you can have the real thing.  True Vintage Unrestored, you get the real deal.  See my other minitrail listed also.    Happy bidding.

Old boys up front and where are the new 600 Gixers?

Mon, 28 Feb 2011

As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship  opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment.    I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.

Stuck for a gift? Solution No3: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki merchandise

Fri, 09 Dec 2011

After the excesses of KTM and Harley's gifts ranges, Hondas seems tame. But even the sober Japanese firm has a handful of oddities in its line-up. The Japanese have been accused of imitating in the past, and Honda's incorporation of a baby's dummy in its official accessories catalogue mimics KTM's 'Silencer-System Mini Pro'.
