Honda Nighthawk tech info
Honda Nighthawk description
Up for auction I have a 1982 Honda nighthawk. Bike runs and handles fine. Starts right up. No problems . Tires are like new front and rear as are the brakes. Has new inspection. New battery few weeks ago. Fresh oil/filter , new plugs and a new Rec/Reg. Paint has blemishes here and there. Chrome is in nice shape. Only 21.604 miles. The bike opens up and runs great. The seat has no tears or issues. All lights and switches work. It does not smoke or use oil . It does have a small oil leak at the valve covers. Other than that there are no issues with this bike. I have rode it myself for 3 weeks myself and it runs and drives real nice.
Reason for selling is bike has to much get up and go for me or my son. Buyer agrees to provide his own way to transportation to haul or drive this bike. Please ask any questions and look at the pictures. I offer local pickup only. A 250.00 deposit is required within 48 hours through paypal. Balance due in full with cash or bank check only.
On Oct-18-13 at 14:22:06 PDT, seller added the following information:
The tabs on the side covers are broken and were repaired with an epoxy glue which DID NOT hold. See the pictures I have posted and knowledge of the tabs being damaged and tried to repair. Other than this I know of nothing else that is missing or broken. I do have the original side grip handles that will go with the bike. The bike is garaged and to my knowledge was before as well.

Honda Zoomer X Prototype – New Ruckus Concept Revealed in Thailand
Wed, 28 Mar 2012Honda Thailand unveiled a new prototype at the 2012 Bangkok International Motor Show showcasing the next generation of the Ruckus scooter. Known as the Zoomer in other markets, the Honda Ruckus is probably best known for its non-traditional scooter styling, with the usual tiny tires and wasp-like body replaced by a fat rubbers and exposed tube frame. The Honda Zoomer X maintains the original’s rugged-looking tires but instead of the exposed tubes, the Zoomer X has a boxy-looking structure, though like the original the space under the seat is exposed to the elements, so if you want to store something there you might have to break out the bungee cords.

The switch comes as a bit of a surprise after Crutchlow had confirmed he would honor the final year of his contract at World Ducati Week.
Schwantz Ousted From CotA
Wed, 20 Mar 2013CotA management obviously doesn’t fathom the depth of respect MotoGP fans have for Kevin Schwantz. It may be the newest and best racing venue in the U.S., but it seems as though CotA management is going out of its way to make motorcyclists dislike the place. Statement by Kevin Schwantz: “I have read several reports regarding my attendance at the MotoGP test last week in Austin.
