Honda’s New Documentary: Dreams vs Nightmares [trailer]

Wed, 24 Jun 2009

Honda have been releasing video documentaries on… well… everything!  Why?  Well to toot their own horn and remind you that Honda is crazy cool. Actually, their videos aren’t that bad, although somewhat dramatic.  I hunkered down and watched their “Failure: The Secret to Success” video and it held my attention. The Africa Twin parallel twin will be installed in another chassis - an asphalt tourist one. Unfortunately, at the moment there are no official pictures, only the fantasies of fans and third-party designers. Only one thing is clear - the engine will be 1100cc, and just like the CRF1100 Africa Twin touring enduro and CMX1100 Rebel chopper, the engine will be offered with both a conventional motorcycle foot-shift gearbox and a DCT robot.

Honda NM4 Vultus Concept Revealed

Fri, 21 Mar 2014

Honda revealed a new concept model called the NM4 Vultus, a futuristic-looking 745cc motorcycle with a massive front fairing. Despite the fact it looks like a mockup made for a movie like the Kawasaki-based bike in the recent Robocop reboot, Honda says the NM4 is indeed planned for production. The NM4 was designed by a team of young engineers in their 20s and early 30s, and that’s demographic Honda wants to target with its new concept.
