Honda Gold Wing description

Available for your consideration is  a very nice running Honda Goldwing GL1200 the first year for the 1182cc engine that delivers excellent smoothness & superior reliability with only 45,638 miles this bike will provide you with a lifetime of fun. Being A biker for many years I have owned my share of Harleys, twin cylinder Triumphs, Yamaha 650 twins, 2 stroke Suzuki GT series, V45 Hondas, you name it I owned it but this is the first Gold Wing and now I see why they are so sought after. First the value. Unbelievable for what you get. Dollar for dollar truly hard to beat. Plenty of room in the bags & trunk for all your storage needs. Easy to maintain and so smooth. A pleasure to ride. No fatigue at all. This bike does not beat you up. Listen to your favorite music on the Cd player and ride. Very easy to maintain bike. Parts & accessories are easy to find and very reasonable. Just overall great machines. This Goldwing has been taken care of. Not perfect and not a show bike. Just a nice rideable bike that you will enjoy. Clean and good looking. Look close you will find flaws, including some pitting, needs a left floorboard been riding with the foot peg does not bother me. Floor boards much more comfortable. Bike runs great and drives very nice. Starts with ease and runs smooth. Front tire will need replaced soon as it does have wear, not shot but worn. If your looking for a great running bike without breaking the bank take a good look at this touring bike. Very comfortable motorcycle that will provide hours of great fun traveling with no worries of any issues. Nice looking and super reliable..I have a clear Ohio title ready to transfer. Don't miss out this bike performs great and can drive anywhere, Get on it and go travel!!!! Selling No Reserve to the Highest Bidder!!! Any questions, please ask...Thanks for viewing.

2014 AMA Supercross – Anaheim 1 Results

Mon, 06 Jan 2014

KTM rookie Ken Roczen captured his first 450 class win in the AMA Supercross world championship, taking the season opener at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. An audience of 45,050 fans watched a clean race from the rookie while errors by veterans like James Stewart and three-time reigning champion Ryan Villopoto knocked them out of contention. Villopoto had a strong start, taking the holeshot and leading the first eight laps, just like the Kawasaki rider had done so often the last few seasons.

Honda VFR1200F Launch: Tokyo (no) Show

Wed, 21 Oct 2009

IF YOU'VE never been to the Tokyo show before, let me tell you this: you’re missing nowt.‘You picked a bad year to come,’ said the Yamaha designer and he was spot on. Three halls of mainly Japanese car manufacturers and lots of empty spaces wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. Maybe my expectations were too great, maybe I should have been expecting my glass to be half empty?

Honda MotoGP Production Racer Undergoes Testing at Motegi

Mon, 27 May 2013

Development of Honda‘s new production racer is well underway, as the new (relatively) low-cost MotoGP racebike underwent testing at Japan’s Twin Ring Motegi circuit May 23-24. Conceived as a lower-cost option for race teams, the production racer project is running slightly behind schedule but Honda still expects it will available in time for the 2014 MotoGP season. Early reports estimate the price for the production racer to be around US$1.26 million, a substantial price, but still considerably less expensive than rumored $3.9 million it currently costs to lease a Honda RC213V for one season.
