I had new front brakes installed on it last summer and a new front tire installed after I found a nail in the old one. Runs perfect. I purchased and reconstructed the bike in 2002, therefore it has a Reconstructed Title. I rode it to Sturgis and back in 2003 then rode it to Fairbanks Alaska in 2005. I just don't do many trips anymore. It runs perfectly and is very quiet. No problems but there is some road rash on the left side as you can see in the photos, I bought the bike with the rash and did not repaint it. Tue, 13 Sep 2022Carbon neutrality by 2040 Honda announced plans for a carbon neutral future and a goal of introducing 10 or more electric motorcycles by 2025 including three mid-range models and a youth model for North America. Until now, Honda has been very tentative when it comes to electrification, with its main focus being on developing swappable battery packs for electric two-wheelers. Its Japanese counterparts Yamaha and Kawasaki have outlined their own plans, while in North America, Harley-Davidson is days away from finalizing its LiveWire spin-off.

The name comes from “Dachshund”, as its distinctive T-shaped frame resembles the weiner dog breed, helping it stand out from Honda’s other minibikes like the Monkey and Cub.
