Honda Gold Wing description

This is a great running and driving 1500cc Honda Goldwing touring bike.

The Good:
- Starts and runs flawlessly shifts just fine, plenty of engine power.
- Has a Radio, CB, Intercom and Tape Player (I have not tested the tape player or intercom).
- Has corner lights (these were optional).
- 74k miles (still runs strong)
- The pnuematic suspension works fine, the buttons are just a little sticky.

The REALLY Good!
- Less than 1k miles on NEW TIRES!
- NEW Tabs!
- Runs STRONG!
- NEW front brake pads!

Not as good:
- Cosmetic flaws.
- Weathering.
- Dings here, there, and pretty much everywhere - as you can see.
- Has been down.
- Windshield is aged.
- Cruise control set button doesn't work this year, but did last year.  If I've got time I'll check into this.
- Title is clear and in my name, but I can't find it, but I will go to DMV with you to transfer it, this works even for out of state buyers.

Overall a good bike.

Fri, 28 Sep 2012

As we expected, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced a recall on the 2012 Honda NC700X. The recall announcement comes a week after the NC700X and the NC700S were recalled in Canada. As with the Transport Canada recall, the problem is a lack of proper heat treatment on the Honda NC700X’s  drive chain.

Built For Speed Art Exhibit To Be Displayed At Sturgis Buffalo Chip

Wed, 23 Jul 2014

“Built for Speed – Race Inspired Motorcycles and Art” is the title of Michael Lichter’s 14th annual “Motorcycles as Art” exhibition in Sturgis this August, which for the second year in a row, will be jointly curated by Michael and Paul d’Orleans of the Vintagent. ‘Built for Speed’ is sure to impress visitors with a beautiful and thought-provoking display of motorcycles and related art, the race-inspired theme making connections between motorcycle racing and custom bike designs inspired by racers. Each custom bike in ‘Built for Speed’ reflects a branch of racing; Speedway, Flat Track, Drag Racing, Board Track,  Grand Prix, Land Speed Record, and will be displayed beside the racing machines suggesting the origins of each style.

Ben Bostrom And M1 Form Cycling Event Promotion Company

Tue, 02 Jul 2013

Long-time AMA rider and champion Ben Bostrom is known for his athletic endurance and stamina. A quality he attributes to the work he does training on his bicycle or on a run. And now that B-Boz is without a full-time motorcycle ride this year, he’s focusing his attention to other forms of two wheels.
