2005 Honda Gold Wing, The 2005 Honda Gold Wing Base is a Touring Style Motorcycle equipped with an 1832cc, Liquid Cooled, Horizontally Opposed, SOHC, 4-Stroke Engine and a 5-Speed Manual Transmission. It has a Telescopic Fork Front Suspension while the Rear Suspension consists of a Single Sided Swing Arm. The Gold Wing Base has Front Dual Disc Brakes and Rear Disc Brakes. Honda Announces New 125cc Scooter Engine with Idle Stop

Honda announced it is developing a new 125cc scooter engine with an idle stop system promising 25% better fuel economy than existing engines. The announcement comes alongside the announcement of a new 700cc engine which will be introduced with the Honda Integra scooter. The new engine will be introduced in a variety of scooter models around the world in 2012.

Last week, we wrote about retired Formula One racer Michael Schumacher taking part in a track day at France’s Paul Ricard circuit on a Ducati 1199 Panigale. The event’s sponsor, Monster Energy, has released a video offering a behind-the-scenes look at the event. The seven-time F1 champion was joined by TT racer John McGuinness, retired MotoGP racer Randy Momola, Moto2 racer Pol Espargaro and Keith Flint, a musician from the group Prodigy and a racer in the U.K.’s  Hottrax Endurance Championship.

Parrish's predictions for Silverstone MotoGP

I'm at Silverstone for the British MotoGP and Steve Parrish spoke to us all about his predictions for the podium. Parrish has gone for Stoner, Lorenzo and Pedrosa to take the top three spots and spray the bubbly at the end of the race. Not too sure on his call though as I think Dani will be riding on a high after winning at Mugello and surely the speedy Spaniard will take full advantage and wring the neck of the Honda at the (supposedly) high speed Silverstone Circuit.
