Honda Gold Wing description

I got this motorcycle to few months ago to send it to Europe, to use it while there for couple of months of the year. After I found out that the cost of shipping of 20 years old bike is too high, I have decided not to send it out there.
Motorcycle is top of the line SE model equipped with the reverse, CB radio, cruise control and AM/ FM/ Cassette player. Trike kit is beautiful California Sidecar. Front tires 50-60% good to use, rear tires 60-70% to use. I will add two L size helmets, one comes with the intercom and one  just regular helmet. Two weatherproof  jackets and two pair of weatherproof pants, size S. Leather jacket size L, original tools set and owners manual, extra shocks, 3 travel bags, motorcycle cover, radio cover.
Bike looks great for its age, motor runs well, there is one problem on the bike. While start riding on first and second gear, motorcycle runs good. While shifting to the third and fourth gear and slowly accelerate the bike runs ok but when accelerate more engine works faster and motorcycle slows down and makes noise but it is not a loud noise. I spoke to the local dealer, they said this is most likely a clutch problem, but they are not able to fix it because they do not have the lift for the trike. This may be a project for someone who will be able to fix it on their own. Bike must go, I will reconsider every reasonable offer.
For the full price, I can deliver the bike up to 500 miles.
Thank you for looking.

2014 AMA Supercross – Arlington Results

Tue, 18 Feb 2014

James Stewart‘s hot streak continues with his second-consecutive win and fourth AMA Supercross podium in five weeks after an impressive effort at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Fresh off of signing a contract extension with Yoshimura Suzuki, Stewart took control of the Arlington main event on the third lap, passing holeshot-taker Ryan Dungey and running away with the win. With his win last week at San Diego, Stewart becomes the first rider to win back-to-back races this season and establishes himself as a championship contender as we approach the mid-way point of the 2014 season.

Rea and Haslam Re-Sign with Pata Honda for 2014 WSBK Championship

Tue, 01 Oct 2013

The Pata Honda racing team announced it has re-signed Jonathan Rea and Leon Haslam to compete in the 2014 World Superbike Championship. It’s been a disappointing season for both rider, thanks in large part to injuries. Rea is currently on the shelf with a fractured femur sustained in a crash at Nurburgring while Haslam also missed several rounds earlier in the season because of a broken leg.

USA Four Corners Tour Tracked On Google Earth

Tue, 21 May 2013

Ain’t technology amazing? In 2010, Bill Royal and his friend Larry, both members of the Iron Butt Association, decided to take part in the USA Four Corners Tour, sanctioned by the Southern California Motorcycling Association. He logged the trip on his GPS and later uploaded it to Google Earth.
