Honda Gold Wing description

I have a 1990 Honda Gold Wing for sale. I bought from the original owner. Tons of extras, see photos. Excellent care from day 1.

New tires, brakes and all fluids flushed and filled.
Newer upgraded battery.
Too many extras to list them all.
Wired for battery tender and heated riding gear, see pics.
Upgraded Windshield, Shifter, Highway boards (3 sets).
Soft luggage for each compartment as well as a cover with carry bag.
Original grips and foot pegs included.
Leather is great condition as well as paint as it has been garage kept and covered. Driver backrest included.
Owners manual and repair manual included.
Tire pressure monitor included.
LED brake lights for a little added visability.

The down side
Gear box is starting to make some noise. It's not something I can repair myself. Upshifts perfectly. You only hear it a little when you downshift or coast and only in certain gears.  Great winter project to be cruising by Spring.  Rides and drive fine now.

More pictures available.  KBB lists value at $4300 with no extras.

Fri, 27 Dec 2013

More than just a medium to view countless hours of cat videos, YouTube allows us to look back at classic motorcycle races otherwise lost to the depths of the VHS tape. This time around features the no-holds-barred, back-and-forth action between Luca Cadalora, aboard the Rothmans Honda NSR250 and Helmut Bradl, father of current MotoGP rider, Stefan Bradl, riding the HB Honda NSR250. The stage is the 1991 250cc Italian Grand Prix at Misano — back when it was run in the correct, counter-clockwise, direction.

AMA Supercross: 2012 San Diego Results

Mon, 13 Feb 2012

Ryan Villopoto captured his second straight victory, winning the San Diego round of the 2012 AMA Supercross championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider now has three wins on the season, two more than anyone else, but his hold on the championship points lead has only increased to six points. Villopoto took the lead on the second lap of the main event after overtaking Brett Metcalfe of Yoshimura Suzuki who took the holeshot, with Villopoto‘s teammate Jake Weimer also in the lead group.
