Honda GL1100 Goldwing Aspencade Very clean low mileage example of the venerable GL1100 Goldwing. The odometer shows only 22,562 miles. This is not a barn find, rather a well maintained driver. The bike recently had $1200 in carburetor tuning performed to keep this beauty in perfect running order. The unit is equipped with saddlebags and topcase, factory radio and CB. The radio key has been misplaced but the radio and CB do turn on. Tires are in great condition, showing 3/32nds front and 6/32nds rear on Dunlop D404s. Brakes are 3/32, 4/32nds left and right front respectively. Rears are 5/32nds. The air compressor works as new for front and rear. A clean unit in very good condition overall. Mon, 23 Jul 2012Marco Melandri bit a chunk off of Max Biaggi‘s World Superbike championship points lead by taking a pair of wins at Brno. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.

Mon, 15 Apr 2013Hometown hero Ryan Dungey put a stop to Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak, taking the victory before 48,846 supportive fans at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minn. The Red Bull KTM rider from nearby Belle Plaine, Minn., stalked Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto for most of the race before taking the lead and winning the 20-lap race by just 0.903 seconds. The win put Dungey into second place in the standings ahead of Rockstar Suzuki‘s Davi Millsaps and perhaps more importantly, cut away at Villopoto’s points lead.
