Honda Fury description

2010 Honda Fury (VT13CXA), Only 1431 Miles! Great condition! Cobra Swept exhaust pipes! - This is a very cool bike! This one has only 1431 miles since new! Speaking of new this one is in near new condition and has a set of Cobra Swept exhaust pipes that sound and look fantastic! The Fury Has Been Unleashed! There's no motorcycle anywhere, on any street, in any garage, that can compare to the new Honda Fury. The high headpipe, the elegant swoop of the bare backbone frame tube and teardrop gas tank, and the tire-hugging fenders gives the Fury some of the cleanest, coolest lines ever created in the cruiser world. The look, the sound, the feel - the Fury is the most unique custom Honda has ever set loose on the motorcycle world.

Classic Off-Road Bikes Featured in Braving Baja: 1,000 Miles to Glory Exhibition

Sat, 06 Apr 2013

Back in the 60s, American Honda tested the durability of its motorcycles by sending a CL72 Scrambler on a 950-mile trek through rocks, sand washes, dry lake beds, mountain passes and paved roads. Fifty years later, that legendary run is remembered for inspiring one of the most significant off-road races in the world—the Baja 1000. In celebration, the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles is hosting a tribute dinner, one-day off road show, and summer-long exhibition called Braving Baja, 1,000 Miles to Glory.

Simon and Leo

Thu, 11 Aug 2011

If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.

Simoncelli Funeral Services Held in Italy

Thu, 27 Oct 2011

Fans, friends, family members and prominent figures from the world of sports attended the funeral services for Marco Simoncelli at the Santa Maria Assunta church in Coriano on Thursday, October 27th. The casket was carried into the Assunta church by friends and members of the Gresini team, and at 3pm the services commenced. Flanking the casket  was Simoncelli’s 2008 250cc World Championship Gilera bike on one side, and his MotoGP Honda RC212V on the other. Also in attendance was FIM president Vito Ippolito and CEO of Dorna Sports, Carmelo Ezpeleta.
