1969 Honda CT70 KO 'silver tag' pre-production bike Clean as a whistle, this bike gets lots of compliments and is a joy to ride. In really nice overall condition. Starts immediately, runs and rides great. A true survivor, this bike is like a time warp! Very original and unmolested. Well maintained original finishes with nice paint and chrome. Has the special pre-production 'silvertag' parts like seat pan and front fender. Recent tune up and parts including new 'trailwing' tires, new battery, new 'performance' carburetor, new seat upholstery, new shocks, new fork boots, a new headlight assembly and new front / rear brake cables installed since these pictures. Good brakes and good exhaust with no rust or leaks. Unrestored, this 45+ year old classic has some nicks and chips here and there. I think the pictures adequately represent the condition of this bike. Super clean. No rust. Always in California. Always garaged. Always adult owned. Clear CA title in hand. Current CA registration for the street. Ready to ride and enjoy! Frog eBike – the Electric Successor to 1985 Frog FZ750 Concept
Tue, 03 Apr 2012San Francisco-based Frog Design released images of a new electric motorcycle concept, just as its influential Yamaha FZ750-based Rana concept gets enshrined at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Frog designer Jin Soek Hwang prepared the Frog eBike concept as an expression of how electric motor technology can influence motorcycle design. In a post on Frog’s blog, the designer says he was inspired in part by Frog’s 1985 FZ750 Rana concept (pictured after the jump).

Honda RC-E Electric Sportbike Revealed at 2011 Tokyo Motor Show
Wed, 30 Nov 2011We’re still waiting for any technical details but here are initial photographs Honda has released of its new RC-E electric sportbike concept at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show. (Updated with six more high-resolution images.) Honda describes the RC-E as an electric version of a supersports bike, claiming a powerful and smooth ride for an electric vehicle within the compact form of a 250cc-class motorcycle. The images clearly show Brembo calipers and Ohlins suspension, and we especially like the LED headlights and the retro styling.
