Honda CRF description
2013 HONDA CRF450R, Go faster, for longer. Thats what the amazing new Honda CRF450R allows you to do, thanks to its completely re-engineered chassis and improved engine performance. An all-new aluminum frame ensures a low centre of gravity and optimum mass centralization, and its mated to a new KYB PSF (Pneumatic Spring Fork) that delivers significant weight saving plus improved performance and versatility. At the back, a compact KYB shock that sits lower in the frame is connected to a brand new aluminum swingarm. The changes to the fuel-injected engine are equally exciting: a new cylinder head with larger exhaust valves, increased compression ratio, a heavier flywheel, a reshaped airbox, a new dual-muffler exhaust and other improvements add up to major gains in the low-end and midrange with no loss of top-end power.

Voluntary Recall for Continental ContiMotion Sport-Touring Tires
Mon, 21 Jan 2013Continental Tire announced a voluntary recall campaign for certain ContiMotion sport-touring tires. According to Continental, market feedback has shown some tires may experience uneven wear from the 180/60R16 74H ContiMotion rear tires. Tires may develop groove cracking and, in some cases, belt lift, conditions which can lead to a loss of tire inflation pressure and a potential for loss of control.

Honda Announces CBR400R, CB400F and 400X for Japan
Tue, 12 Mar 2013Honda confirmed it will produce a 399cc version of its new 500-series motorcycles for the Japanese market. The Honda CBR400R, CB400F and 400X will be offered in Japan instead of their respective 500 versions, as they are a better fit to the country’s tiered licensing system than the CBR500R, CB500F and CB500X. The new 400 models should come as no surprise after Honda announced in February it would produce a smaller version of the 471cc engine used in the 500 series.
