Honda CRF description
2008 Honda CRF150R, VERY FAST - Transworld Motocross called it arguably one of the trickiest stock Mini bikes out there. No surprise considering its role models: Honda's championship-winning CRF450R and CRF250R. With its revolutionary Unicam four-valve engine and fully adjustable Showa suspension, the CRF150R was bred for domination. Which, of course, is in perfect keeping with what's become the Honda four-stroke MX family tradition.

You want a nice little car, you do.
Wed, 08 Sep 2010We ran a couple of stories last week - both, coincidentally, about new Kawasakis. One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.

Included in the auction is the above pictured 1974 Kawasaki H1-RW 500cc triple. Expected to sell for approximately $96,000 to $112,000, the Japanese works Grand Prix racer is one of only two machines built by the factory for the French Kawasaki importer SIDEMM for use in the 500cc World Championship. The bikes were ridden during the 1974 season by the French endurance racing specialist Christian Léon and French-Canadian Formula 750 star Yvon Duhamel.
Gardner chilling out and taking it easy
Wed, 14 Jul 2010Away from the pressures of being a Grand Prix racer in the days when fierce on-track battles and unexpected highsides were common place, Wayne Gardner throws a Honda VFR750F around Oran Park in Australia. The bike that Wayne is likely to be riding is special VFR750F, that was given the codename '6X'. The VFR was an experiment with prototype components including titanium valves and magnesium flat-slide carburetors, the result was the bike that weighed less than a factory RC30.
