Selling my 2005 CRF250R. Bike has low hours and runs excellent. Starts 1st or 2nd kick. Great compression and no backfiring. Has lots of aftermarket parts including FMF Power Core four Exhaust, FMF Power Bomb header, ASV unbreakable levers, Renthal Handle bars, Wiseco Crank, Wiseco Clutch, Aftermarket Performance Head, brand new plastics/graphics. This bike is very fast. I also have about $800 worth of spare parts I can include (set of plastics, grips, two carburetors, 2 heads, valves, springs, kickstart lever, clutch, cylinder and a few other things). Has hour meter and will include service manual. Air filter was cleaned and oil was changed regularly. Clean title in hand. I love this bike and am only selling so I can get a street bike to ride to school. Asking $2600 or best offer. Willing to trade for a KTM (ktm doesn't have to be street legal but must have title), supermoto, enduro, or dual sport. Will consider other offers just let me know what you have. Even although I had the dream ticket of riding for HRC in the 500cc World Championship I never stopped wanting to come back to the homeland and race my old mates. Brian Morrison started racing on the same day as myself and went on to have a successful carreer riding for Honda in the UK then later in the World Endurance Championship.
Hero MotoCorp Reveals RNT 150 Turbo Direct Injection Diesel Concept
Wed, 29 Jan 2014Hero MotoCorp revealed a new scooter concept powered by a 150cc turbocharged direct injection diesel engine. And if that isn’t unique enough, the concept is also two-wheel drive, with an electric motor in the front wheel hub. It’s too soon to know when the Hero RNT 150 TDI concept will ever make it to serial production, but the scooter does represent a technological show of force, proving that Hero can carry on its own research and development following its split from longtime partner Honda.
James Bond Skyfall Honda CRF250R to be Auctioned for Charity
Thu, 15 Nov 2012Honda is donating the modified CRF250R ridden by actor Daniel Craig in the James Bond thriller “Skyfall” to a charity auction benefiting disadvantaged children in the U.K. The modified Honda CRF250R is one of several lots in this year’s BBC Children in Need auction. The BBC‘s UK Corporate charity provides grants to programs across the U.K.
