Honda CR description
Beautiful time capsule from the past. This CR500 is as close to "NEW" as you'll find...a true barn find! Less than 10 hours on her... truly a collectors bike, add it to your collection today! This bike runs and shifts like new!!! Adult owned, always garaged, a nice tidy example of the legendary cr500. Not for the beginner. In unbelievable shape! This bike was purchased new by a vet rider, he put a paddle tire and fmf pipe, he took it to the sand dunes and rode it one day, brought it home and parked it. The bike has been sitting ever since, until recently being discovered in a garage under a sheet. Due to storage, some minor damage occurred. Boxes were stacked on it causing a scratch to the rear fender and seat. Here is what I noted for detraction's: scratch on rear fender and seat, very minor scratch (can't really see it) on front fender these minor imperfections don't take away from its stunning condition. Recently serviced and ready to ride. They don't make these monsters anymore! Grab one while you can, these collector bikes will only appreciate in value! This bike has to be picked up in Paramount California, or shipping arrangements can be made at your expense. This is a good solid bike, it will put a smile on your face and make your heart skip a beat! Why buy a restored bike when you can have a pristine original? Titled and ready to ride or set out for display. Contact us with any questions or for more photos : utvc@comcast.net Full payment due within 3 days form end of auction. This bike is listed elsewhere and seller reserves the right to end the auction upon sale. for more pictures cut and paste this link: |

Hero MotoCorp Launches 125cc Ignitor in India
Tue, 03 Jul 2012Hero MotoCorp has launched the Ignitor, a 125cc premium model based on the CBF Stunner from former partner turned rival Honda. The Ignitor is one of the final models Hero will produce with technology licensed from Honda, and it is expected to bridge the gap before Hero introduces its own new models (with help from a gentleman named Erik Buell.) Like the Stunner, the Hero Ignitor is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder engine. Both models claim 11hp and 8 ft-lb., but the Ignitor reaches its peak torque at 5000 rpm while the Stunner has to spin up to 6500 rpm.
